　　大連星池國(guó)際貿(mào)易有限公司歷經(jīng)一年多的準(zhǔn)備與籌建，通過(guò)了國(guó)家各級(jí)行政部門(mén)的審批，取得了各項(xiàng)行政許可及批復(fù)。2010年7月經(jīng)中國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局審核，簽發(fā)了進(jìn)口可用作原料的固體廢物——國(guó)內(nèi)收貨人注冊(cè)登記證書(shū)；2010年經(jīng)國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)部審核，批準(zhǔn)為進(jìn)口廢五金電器、廢電線(xiàn)電纜和廢電機(jī)定點(diǎn)加工利用單位，同時(shí)獲得了限制類(lèi)和自動(dòng)類(lèi)廢金屬、廢塑料等許可證書(shū)。

Dalian Xingchi International Trade Co., Ltd passed relevant inspections of all levels of administrative departments and obtained all necessary administrative licenses and approvals after more than one year of planning and preparation. July 2010, being passed the examination performed by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Import of Solid Wastes that can be used as raw materials – Domestic Consignee Registration Certificate was issued; in year of 2010, being examined by the Ministry of Environment Protection of the People's Republic of China, we were approved and awarded the fixed processing and utilization unit of imported waste hardware electrical appliance, waste electrical lines and cables, and waste motors. Meanwhile, the license for limited catalogue and automatic catalogue metals and waste plastic was obtained.
